Attendance Update

Thank you for your interest in our Fall event at New Horizon Mall, Sept 18/19.  We are pleased to have an exciting lineup of classics on offer.

In order to mitigate risk to our consignors, staff, and attendees, we have made the decision to have this be a Bidders Only event.  What that means is that we are discouraging spectators.  Essentially, that will require all participants to sign in, Pay the $25 Bid Card fee so we can document our attendees and get a bidder card.  Should a bidder want a spouse, friend, or companion to join them in viewing/bidding on a vehicle or several, that is fine, as long as all have got their admission pass and are registered.  That can be done on-site.

Access is on the West side through the Farmer’s Market. We ask that participants utilize the Mall area and Farmers Market area to enable us to control numbers in the attached Parkade where the Auction is taking place.  Please feel free to participate in bidding on vehicles of interest to you after you have reviewed them. Please leave the area clear if you are not actively considering a classic being offered right then.  Online bidding is available also but requires a separate bidder number as it is in a different format.  Bidder’s numbers are not transferrable from live to online and require a separate purchase.

Preview is from Friday, Sept 18, 6-9 pm and the sale will take place Saturday, Sept 19 at 10 am, doors open at 9 am.

Classics will be sold in blocks of 20 lots and lot numbers and approx times will be posted on each lot number.   This is to assist bidders in attending those lots of interest to them and manage their day more easily.

Auction Guidelines

  1. All Bidders must register and are responsible for their Bidder’s Card.
  2. $500 Cash Deposit for each car is required of successful Bidder. Vehicles will be released upon receipt of CASH or VERIFIED BANK DRAFT ONLY.
  3. Vehicles are available for prior inspection. All sales as is and final
  4. Vehicle descriptions are provided by the Owner. Auctioneers are not responsible for any claims made.
  5. Buyers Premium 6%
  6. GST applies to sales total.
