1988 Pontiac Firebird Tran Am GTA Notchback 106,332kms. The GTA Notchback was produced for part of 1988 and is very rare with only 718 total units (624 U.S. and 94 Canadian cars) this is one of the Canadian cars. One family owned car since new, no accidents and original paint (other than some light touch-ups and the Notchback hatch itself as all hatches needed to be repainted). The only way to get one with T-Tops was to get it with the automatic/5.0 TPI combination. Garaged its entire life and only driven in the summer this car has no rust and no fading of materials inside. This car gets a lot of attention as most people including Firebird and Camaro followers have never even seen one before. The optional Notchback option wasn’t even in brochures until 1989 and by then Pontiac had cancelled the option outright.
